US Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information is accurate. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, availability of item in our stock, and whether you have requested that we ship to multiple locations. We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination shipping address. We recommend that you double-check that you have provided us with your correct e-mail address and phone number in case there are problems processing your order or credit card. This will facilitate delivery time.
Due to health concerns, there will be absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges on all skincare and cosmetic items regardless of whether the item has been opened or not and used or not.

that has been opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the

Returns will not be accepted 20 days after the shipping date.

Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without a proper authorization by Colognes.com is not eligible for refund or credit.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee when the purchase or shipment was due to customer error.
If the purchaser wishes to return an item, which was unused and unopened, he or she is responsible for the shipping cost for the return.
All credits and refunds are subject to approval by colognes.com.
Shipping charges will be the purchaser’s responsibility, except in the case it is an error on the part of colognes.com.
If a return is authorized, please retain all postal and insurance receipts for your records.
