In order to return any merchandise, you must have an RA number from our customer service department.
Your return must be unopened and in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.
We will charge you a 10% restocking fee for any merchandise that is not returned in its original condition and packaging.
All shipping costs you incur to return the goods to us will not be refunded.
All shipping costs will not be refunded unless the error lies with us.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return).
- RA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

Please make sure when returning products you must have a tracking number for the returned package please include this in an email along with the order number once this has been returned to us.

Any package returned to us as undelivered we will reship the item but we will charge the second shipping fee.
